Ricardo De Genova Joins Sabert Corporation as Senior Vice President of Innovation

Global Leader to Advance Company’s Commitment to Food Packaging Innovation and Sustainability

SAYREVILLE, NJ., September 18, 2025 – Sabert Corporation, a global leader in innovative and sustainable food packaging solutions, accelerates its global innovation capabilities with the appointment of Ricardo De Genova as Senior Vice President of Innovation, reporting to Paul McCann, CEO, Sabert Corporation.

In this role, Ricardo will oversee Sabert’s Global Centers for Innovation, New Product Development, Design, and Marketing/Product Management teams, building upon the company's legacy of food packaging innovation to drive customer success and advance sustainability through technology and collaboration.

Ricardo brings more than three decades of experience in innovation and corporate leadership across the packaging, chemicals, and specialty ingredients industries. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Global Innovation and New Business at Graphic Packaging International, where he was responsible for organic growth strategies through innovation. His previous roles include leadership positions at Solenis LLC, Ashland Inc., Cargill, and The Dow Chemical Company, where he built and led international teams, drove organizational change, and developed new-to-the-world solutions.

A native of Brazil, Ricardo holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Maua School of Engineering, and he has completed executive studies at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
